Through interactive lessons and real-world practice, participants develop the social intelligence and leadership behaviors needed to succeed in school, careers, and life.

The Polished Path™ offers three progressive tiers designed to build confidence and leadership at every stage.

Tier I: Foundation of Grace focuses on core etiquette, communication, and self-confidence.
Tier II: Presence & Poise strengthens social skills, emotional intelligence, and professional interaction.
Tier III: Executive Elegance prepares participants for leadership, interviews, and real-world success through advanced professional presence training.
